The base of Jerk seasoning is an intricate blend of pimento and peppers, along with other herbs and spices, combined in a symphony of flavors to make magic on any meat, poultry, or seafood. There are two varieties of our Jerk seasonings.
Mild: For those who want the Jerk flavor without the heat.
Ingredients: Escallion, Hot pepper, Acetic acid, Thyme, Spices, Potassium sorbate ( as preservative).
