Due to COVID-19 restrictions, in some cases we can’t offer refunds once delivery has been completed. If you wish to return a product (non-perishable items only), please give the item(s) to the driver at the time of delivery. Please note, non-perishable items will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee and the balance will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/refunded. Perishable goods such as food including, but not limited to, produce and meat products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Store Credit
Store credit will be applied to your account in lieu of your refund if your order falls below the $50 order minimum threshold for delivery. This applies to refunds only (not missing, damaged or defective items).
Missing, Damaged or Defective Items
If any items are missing or damaged, please email us at info@caribbeanfood.ca. For damaged products, please include a photo of the item(s). Be sure to include the purchaser’s full name and order number in your correspondence. Once we verify your order details, a refund will be issued for the item(s) in question.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded in some cases - Please contact info@caribbeanfood.ca
