Place Pork Chops in a large bowl or zip-loc bag and add Jerk Marinade, allow to soak for min. half hour. Place Pork Chops over direct heat on your barbeque and brown on all sides – baste with marinade for intense flavor. Remove Pork Chops to In-direct heat and allow to finish cooking ( 30 – 45 mins). During the last 5 mins of cooking smear your favourite Jamaican Guava Jelly over Chops and allow to caramelize. |
